Better Together Events is proud to offer the following wedding planning and wedding coordination services to couples in Indianapolis and central Indiana. Our wedding planning professionals want you to have a joyous and stress free experience celebrating your day with friends and family.
Wedding Management & Coordination Packages
You have done the majority of the wedding planning work and you would like help orchestrating your wedding. Sometimes called "day of coordination," but we offer more comprehensive packages. The key to a successful event is the advanced planning, so we work with you before the day of, to make sure things go smoothly.
We Offer A Variety of Coordination Packages. Starting at $2,000
All Packages include:
- 2-5 Virtual Planning Meetings
- Day Of Wedding Coordinator(s)
- Timeline Creation
- Vendor Coordination
- Set-up of Personal Items such as guest book, memory table, personal stationery and signage
- Access to Extensive Emergency Kit
- Ceremony & Rehearsal Coordination
- Travel to Indianapolis and surrounding counties
- Optional Upgrades include: Multiple coordination staff for full decor set-up and tear down services, wedding party concierge, rehearsal dinner coordination, farewell brunch coordination
Partial Planning & Wedding Management Package
If you have already started planning but have now decided you would like some help planning and with the day of coordination. We will step in and get to work wherever you want help. This package is customized to your wedding needs.
Services Included in Partial Planning package:
- Vendor Recommendations, Selection, Consultation, and Contract Review
- Comprehensive Event Schedule & Timeline Creation
- Venue Visit in last 3 months
- Rehearsal Coordination
- Wedding Management Services (see above packages)
- And any additional planning services needed
Pricing ranges based on services- Typically $2,500-$7,500
Full Planning & Wedding Management Package
This package is for the couple that doesn't want to worry about a thing. We have all your wedding planning needs covered.
We will take care of every last detail!
Services Included in addition to those in wedding management packages:
- Comprehensive Vendor Management & Selection
- Venue Selection, Management, and Site Visits
- 5-10 Planning Meetings
- Budget Development, Management & Tracking
- Arrange Hotel Accommodations & Room Blocks
- Food & Beverage Selection and Menu Planning
- Invitation Consultation & Guidance
- Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
- Wedding Manager (for wedding weekend) and at least two assistants, including a wedding concierge
Pricing ranges based on services- Typically $5,000-$10,000
